Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit Juvenile Courts is a Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) within the state of Georgia and offers social services for parenting time to parents with active cases. The Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit has a self-help website for citizens in Chattahoochee, Harris, Marion, Muscogee, Talbot, and Taylor Counties. Legitimation is a service provided by the Chattahoochee Family Law Center. It’s staffed on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Fridays of each month from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00. The legitimation process is covered in detail and attorneys are available to assist with completing the petition. There are also computers available at each county courthouse to access the website.
